$500,000 Fuel Spill Liability Coverage
Federal and state laws subject boaters to liability for containment, clean-up, and environmental damage. To protect you, HMBD automatically includes an additional $500,000 liability coverage in all policies. This covers unintentional discharge of oil or fuel that can occur in a sinking, fire, collision, grounding,etc.

Lifetime Repair Guarantee
For claims related repairs made at an approved facility for as long as you own and insure the boat through HMBD.

Investigative Services
If your claim indicates a possible manufacturer's defect problem or warranty dispute, this service provides a professional analysis of the problem and a report from a marine surveyor on the proper repair of suspected defects.

Uninsured Boater Protection
Covers injuries to you caused by hit-and-run or uninsured boaters.

Full Salvage Assistance
Your HMBD Yacht Policy covers you for the full cost of salvage, without a deductible, up to the insured value of your boat (this is in addition to any payments made to repair the boat) salvage demands routinely range from 5% to 20% of the boat's value, and have been known to hit 100%, especially on smaller boats, this coverage is important for owners of all size boats.

Policy Limits and Exclusions
All policies are subject to policy limits and exclusions. Partial losses are covered on a new for old basis. However, specific items are subject to depreciation.
